Each one of our groomers comes to you with a wealth of experience and training to make sure you are satisfied with the results.
Whether you have a nervous pet or you’ve had bad experiences in the past, we ensure you get the care you deserve. From delivering breed-specific cuts to simple washes bathes we want your dog or cat to feel welcome and cared for. With genuine love for all animals and passion for making them look their best, you can rest assured your pets are in the most capable hands.
Ashlee Jewkes
Owner/Groomer
The one who started it all!
Ashlee has been grooming professionally for over a decade, and has spent that time refining her craft to a science. With patience that is outmatched, and a kind hearted energy, Ashlee specializes in senior pets, dogs with medical issues, and pets that struggle with the grooming process. She believes every pet that comes to her table deserves love, respect, and a style that benefits both pet and owner.
She also specializes in creative color and loves giving some extra flair whenever requested. When she isn’t at work, she can be found hanging out with her cute pup Waffles, and her adorable kids.
Ashlee works at both our Springville and Draper locations.
Taylor Allen
Manager/Groomer
With a decade of grooming experience, Taylor joined our team in 2023 after closing down her successful home grooming business. She is currently studying for her Derma Tech certification through the International Society of Canine Cosmetologists, and is hoping to start certification through the National Dog Groomers Association as well.
She loves giving breed standard haircuts when possible, or using standards as a blueprint for a cute style catered to the pup in front of her. She is our resident Australian Shepherd specialist, and is often found at dog shows showing her cute Aussies Zuko and Lilith in her spare time.
Taylor works full time at our Springville location.
Emma Johnson

Emma is the OG Cali Dream Grooming Employee! With 4 years of grooming experience, her bright and sunny personality shines through anything and everything. We are so grateful to have her as such an integral part of our team!
Dubbed affectionately by her co-workers as “The Doodle Queen of Cali Dream”, Emma is a pro when it comes to grooming doodles and XL dogs. She can make some serious magic with round faces and is a patient and kind groomer. When she isn’t working, you can find Emma with her dogs Birdie, Rufio, and Rookie, and her cute little tortoise living their best lives!
Emma works full time at our Draper location.
Beck Elliott
Pet Stylist
Beck was the second hire to the Cali Dream Team and we wouldn’t be what we are without her! A happy, kind personality and a genuine love and adoration for all her clients has made Beck a fan favorite since her first day with us. With some previous vet tech experience, this means she has a deep understanding and care of anatomy and behavior of the dogs she works with. She loves what she does, and her ability to make connections with her regulars is impressive to say the least.
Beck loves grooming dogs of all sizes, especially yorkies, poodles, pit bulls, and XL dogs. When she’s not at work, she’s usually out adventuring and enjoying life to the fullest with her dogs Cassidy and Floki.
Beck works at both our Springville and Draper locations.
Jessica Murray
Pet Stylist
The newest hire to the Cali Dream team is Jessica! Coming to us with 8 years of grooming experience, Jessica has been such a wonderful asset to our team. Her bubbly energy and wealth of knowledge is wonderful and makes every day working with her a delight.
She loves grooming poodles, pit bulls, and giving cute haircuts to any breeds in between. When she isn’t grooming she can be found hanging out with her cats Mo and Baby, enjoying Korean food, and living life to the fullest.
She works at our Springville location full time.
Itzel Moscosa
Pet Stylist
Itzel is one of our part time employees that feels like she was made to be part of our team. With several years of experience, she is a thoughtful and kind groomer. She is patient and caring with every dog that comes into her care.
With previous experience in the veterinary field, she brings a deep understanding of animals with her and she is quickly becoming a favorite for our weekend clients in Draper. When she isn’t at work she can be found hanging out with her two dogs.
Itzel works at our Draper location on Fridays and Saturdays.
Aubrie Adams

Just under 1 yr experience as a certified groomer, but you would never know it! Aubrie has a natural talent for working with animals that is inspiring to those around her. She is upbeat, and can make any situation fun and truly enjoys her job.
Aubrie works part time at our Draper location.
Jenna Elliott
Stylist Assistant
Jenna is our wonderful part time assistant at both the Draper and Springville salons. She is studying to be a certified cosmetologist and will graduate Spring 2024! Her laid back calm energy helps set the vibe in the salons and her willingness to help with whatever is needed of her is unmatched. She is such a valuable asset to us and we couldn’t imagine the salon without her!
When she isn’t working, she can be found hanging out with her pup Cooper and going on some fun adventures!
